Trump admonished by Judge Merchan

Looks like someone's already starting with his bullshit.

Adam Klasfeld @KlasfeldReports · 1m

When Trump's lawyer questioned a juror about Facebook posts, the former president reacted audibly and visibly.

After she leaves, Justice Merchan angrily warns him via his lawyer:

"I will not have any jurors intimidated in this courtroom. I want to make that crystal clear."

If he does nothing, TFG will just keep it up. Getting worse, and worse.

What would the judge do to me if I behaved this way? Rhetorical question.

But it feels on-point right about now. He's going to be buried soon.

By now, these "warnings" fall into the category of "crying wolf." What a joke our cowering two-tiered "justice system" is.

...Judge Merchan is going to have to call the government to get them to put one of those plexiglass boxes they seat terrorists in during their trials in his courtroom for Trump's use.

This is just the second day of jury selection.

Trump has to sit through six full weeks of trial, where he's expected by the court to not act out.

He's not going to be able to do that. His ego won't allow it.

It will only get worse for him.

I don't know why anyone is assuming that Judge Merchan will never do anything except warn.i see no basis for such an assumption.

Forget what previous judges have done or not done. That has no bearing here. Judges are all individuals, just like the rest of us, and none of TSF's previous court appearances have been as a defendant in a criminal trial.

I don't thjnk we want Merchan to start dishing out harsh consequences the first time TSF lets out a peep. He has to work up to it gradually. Coming down too hard right out of the gate could give the defense grounds for an appeal, and we really don't want that.

I don't think they were asked for further details. It was like, "You can't be impartial? Okay, bye."
