Ukraine struck an air defense system on the early morning hours of Wednesday and took out 2 S-400 launchers and a radar in addition to a fuel depot and two MiG-31 interceptor aircraft.
With that S-400 system out of comission, it doesn't surprise me that Ukraine followed up with a second strike on Belbek.
