Lancaster man admits sending threats to parties in case

A Lancaster man accused of sending death threats to the state attorney general and a judge involved in former President Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial has been placed on interim probation and will participate in a Mental Health Court program after pleading guilty Wednesday to making threats, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said.

Tyler J. Vogel, 26, admitted sending threatening text messages on March 24 to Attorney General Letitia James and Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron.

Vogel pleaded guilty to a felony count of making a terroristic threat, as well as a misdemeanor count of making a threat of mass harm, prosecutors said ...

But at the same time you cannot use words to encourage others to commit crimes.

My "go to" thought for Lancaster is Lancaster, PA, but that's not the case here.
