If they declared the US Constitution as unconstitutional, then that document giving the position to rule would cease to end their seats.

Justices over the age of seventy would become Justices Emeritus, having as a bloc only one vote collectively. The rest of the court would then be expanded back to nine members.
Amazingly, after that chat and Roosevelt's reelection, the opposition ended.
President Biden ought to consider a similar little reading from The Book of Threats.

I, a citizen, am not getting equal representation if others are getting extra representation (which the Electoral College does give those in low population states).
