This should have been shut down long ago. Every one of these delays in every case but the documents case is to prevent voters from knowing that he knew for a fact there was no fraud.

All the appeals and delays in the world won't matter after the SF loses in November and has to pay his own legal bills.

ETA: It's kind of a comfort to know Lady Kushner, Gums and Cokeboy will know what happened to their inheritance.

Former President Donald Trump scored yet another win that one top legal reporter thinks is almost certain to cause a major delay in his Georgia racketeering trial.

Politico's Kyle Cheney reports that the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia has agreed to hear Trump's appeal of his failed effort to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from prosecuting the case.

"This is almost certain to significantly delay the potential trial, which was already unsettled," wrote Cheney on Twitter.

Trump's attorneys had tried to argue that Willis had a conflict of interest in the case because she gave the job of lead prosecutor to Nathan Wade, an attorney with whom she had once been involved romantically.

Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee criticized Willis for poor judgement but concluded that she could stay on the case so long as Wade stepped down.
