damn!! This will be the second trial whereby we the people will NOT know the outcome. !!
The Georgia Court of Appeals has agreed to hear an appeal from defendants over whether the judge erred when he ruled that Fani Willis could remain on the Trump RICO prosecution in Fulton County. This pushes that trial further off, likely beyond the election.

(3,644 posts)Don't get me wrong, it pisses me off to no end to see him successfully get all these delays.
But it will take one point away from him when he is crying about losing (or he will say he didn't lose) when the country comes out to vote against him to prevent him from ever getting close to the office of the president ever again.
Right now, he is already saying that all these cases against him are 'election interference'. We know that is not true. His cult wouldn't care one way or the other anyway. But it will be harder to push that point when he has had so many successes in delaying. I don't know (I don't think anyone really does) how much a conviction would or wouldn't affect independent voters.
I think that by now, anyone who is not sick to death of Trump Trump Trump Trump TV all day long, is already a Trump supporter. I get pissed at the media for covering him so much, but stepping back to look at the bigger picture..... I would venture to guess that more people would prefer to NEVER see that hateful person on the TV ever again. So maybe the media is helping to make everyone even more sick of him.
The arm of Justice is very very slow. But it will be sweet in the end. Trump will not be able to 'make it go away' because he is not going to win in November.
