I do not think Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, George Bush, or Barack Obama have thrown hissy fits about the honorific of "Mr. President" not being used once they were out of office. Nor expect to be referred to as such. But TSF EXPECTS to be called "President" before his name. For we all saw that he was IN LOVE with the title and the power it brought.
