Is Jim Cramer correct that the leading Democratic candidates have given up on universal healthcare?

I've been pretty busy lately so I hadn't heard this. This is an exerpt from Jim Cramer's column on Friday.

"...Also on Wednesday, we'll hear from UnitedHealth Group (UNH) - Get Report, a stock that's been rallying ever since the topic of universal healthcare died down as a campaign promise by the leading Democratic candidates. We may also get Phase 1 of a trade deal with China signed, an event which could boost the markets all on its on. ..."

Every candidate supports some form of “universal healthcare”, like a public option everyone can opt for but is not forced into. Sanders is the only one still dedicated to M4A, but we all know it won’t get through Congress anytime this decade.

A public option doesn’t scare big insurance/healthcare, because they’ll make billions contracting their services to the government to manage it anyway.
