What parts to follow until you are taken to court?
Is it legal to murder someone if I don't get caught. No. It's still illegal.
And I'm not talking about legality, we're talking about Constitutionality. And as I said, the warrant obtained by a secret court (whose own existence is unconstitutional based on numerous court precedents) is itself unconstitutional again based on two centuries of search and seizure case law.
