probably not original, but original to me anyway:

start a "campaign/program/whatever" for people to send their used empty gift cards to the trump campaign, along with a note saying "I sure hope you can put this to good use!"

if enough did this, they'd have a crew 24 hours a day at the ATM standing there going:
