Is anyone here familiar with the Orange County (CA) Democratic organization?

It looks like the OC is Ground Zero for control of the US House and it might be a good idea to make sure the local Democratic organization has the funds to do the legwork needed for voter contact and updating voter lists. Before I consider donating and urging others to do donate, does anyone know them well enough to tell if they know what they are doing?

They organize at the precinct level. It's going to be a real fight this year. I'm planning on volunteering to get rid of Mimi Walters this year. There are quite a few good candidates, I'll work with whoever wins the primary. The other races down here are going to go our way this sOme effort.

It would be a good idea to send a liitle money down here.

Copying, signage, and real expenses. It's mostly a volunteer effort down here. The office space is donated usually, and lots of interns from the local colleges. Your contribution would get used directly from what I have experienced. We put Loretta in congress and now Lou Correa. It's going to be epic this year!
