RE: Security Clearances....

Wouldn't you think that the FBI would prioritize their process to make sure that the people closest to Trump would be investigated and either cleared or denied first? Case in point - Porter and Kushner.

The President knows and does not care. He does what he wants to do.

no final report was generated yet. Part of the FBI's problem is that they had a large number of people to investigate. The Trumo people are blaming this on the FBI.

If the FBI completed Kushners & Porters file and issued a final decision on these guys - wouldn't you think the FBI would point fingers back at the administration that they are ignoring the FBI's decision?

It does not/did not matter what the FBI reported. They knew that they were being ignored.

Trump can give employees clearance all by himself. No questions asked and FBI has no authority to override.

In any other administration the ones who failed the security clearance process would of been pushed out the door immediately.

all I'm saying is if the FBI provided Trump with their report on these two guys and Trump ignored it - that the FBI would tell us that this is what happened and not shoulder the blame that they were still investigating.

Kelly Ann is bending things to make it look like the FBI didn't finish the job yet and that is why they were still being employed on this interim security basis.

When the FBI wouldn't approve of his security clearance trump was told. He's known all along. Just didn't care.

The clearance application form is around 100 pages (all done online these days). The investigators want to talk to as many people as possible who the applicant identifies as references/contacts. This process will have been very complex for Kushner since he kept "revising" his disclosure form. Many of the other staff will have had extensive financial dealings, legal actions, and foreign contacts that would have to be checked out. I'm not surprised it's taking so long.

In another WH they would not be working without clearance. In this WH it is reversed... work until the media catches you.

and it does not give orders to the president. And, yes, I would think and am pretty sure they did that.

10. I wonder how many amended security forms have been submitted by this White House?

We know Jared has submitted multiple revisions (can you count the number on both hands). What's happening is these characters keep amending their forms because of problems identified. This process will keep repeating until outside becomes aware of a problem.
