"Do You Want to Know a Secret"? The snow has stopped! Let's "Get Back" home to "Kansas City" and "Act Naturally". After all, even if there is "Rain", "I'll Follow the Sun" to "Penny Lane". You know, Heartstrings, you and I have a "Ticket to Ride" "Eight Days a Week". "There's a Place" "Girl" with "Rock and Roll Music"! Grab a dance partner and "Twist and Shout"!!Sure, the "Yellow Submarine" is down "The Long and Winding Road", but "Julia" promises it's NOT "Back in the USSR".

Be careful with the return ticket or we could wind up in "Strawberry Fields Forever", only a short step ahead of the "Taxman". If that happens, we should be prepared to recruit all our fellow/sister DU'ers, and have a "REVOLUTION".

DOOMED, I tell ya, DOOMED! Wore Beatle Boots

Got my hair cut into a Beatle Cut

Knew every song on every album as they came out. Stood in line 8 hours (thanks, mom!) just to get tickets for "A Hard Days " Night and nearly as long for "Help"................

And it doesn't help that I never got over it - nor did my husband!!!

The theater? I remember it was like some kind of primal mass hysteria took over...screaming and crying. Who was your favorite? I liked John. But it might have been because Paul and George were already taken by my sister and her friend and I didn't want Ringo. Lol

LOL! I've never grown out of it, Laura! I have the ticket stub from "Help", but, at 10, didn't remember to save the one from "Hard Day's Night".

We'll never see their like again. I'd LOVE for John and Yoko to have a Bed-In and be aimed at the sTrumpet in the Oval Office. LOL.......... I can just hear "The Ballad of John and Yoko" lashing through what he has left of a brain.............. Followed closely by "Revolution"!!! (I'd better shut up and put on my tinfoil hat.....)
