Professor Lawrence Tribe was appalled by Alan D's "unhinged" attack on Richard Painter

and Robert Mueller.

Good for Painter -- he wouldn't back down on making the point that D wasn't being truthful about Bob Mueller. (D was referring to a specific rightwing fake news story about Mueller.)

Note: Painter is the (former) Republican. Dersh is the (so-called) Democrat. Who do you like better?

I know both @AlanDersh and Richard Painter. Alan was totally out of line in attacking @RWPUSA on MSNBC as “unAmerican.” His denunciation of Mueller shocked me. Sorry to have to say it, but this unhinged assault on Painter leaves me aghast.

about a certain mobster prosecution. The judge involved has written an article about why Dersh's story about Mueller is false. (See post #13 below.)

Dersh has been pals with Kushner ever since Kushner was at Harvard and Dersh was faculty advisor to a small Jewish org that Kushner was president of.

Dershowitz is a sleazy liar who will say anything to promote his view.

Painter is a good man that I have some basic differences with on what is best for the country, but I do not doubt his sincerity, honesty, or ethics (All things Dershowitz apparently do not have).

(Kushner was President of a small Chabbad house on Harvard's campus while Dersh was faculty advisor there), and continued through mutual links to the corrupt Netanyahu, and continues to this day at Mar a Lago, which Dersh visits with friends.
