Same thing any of the Republican Presidential candidates of 2016 would do, including ones that Steve Schmidt would be delighted to have in charge.

Trump is not "shaking up" Republican politics. This is the natural extension of what they have been working towards for decades.

PS: Screw Steve Schmidt. Lest we forget, he worked toward electing Sarah Palin VP and repealing Obamacare and supports trickle down tax cuts and killing environmental and workplace safety regulations.

Steve Schmidt's only problem with Trump is that he is afraid Trump's churlishness is hurting Republican brand.
