1. Ah, yes.

The day that Putin staked his claim on the USA. I remember it well. A day that will "live in infamy". The day Putin danced around an answer to "Do you have compromising tapes of tRump?" He did not say "No".

4. Actually, it is a lovely town...

...you can grab a ferry from downtown to take you to Tallin, Estonia. And then you might be very surprised how far this country has progressed, and why independence from Russia is not a joke, but a serious issue.

No, do not let Agent Orange and Darth Putin destroy the image of lovely Helsinki...

5. The #HelsinkiStinky (R) is up there with the #ShangaiSurrender (R)

republicans are really good at appeasing foreign dictators, and surrendering American power, influence and security.

3. Another clever and effective phrase! From a non-politician.

Constructive criticism:. We need more fresh and witty PR.

6. It's short, to the point and complies with the Kiss principal.

A lot of the pukes, especially the trump cultists, don't do nuiance.

8. Brilliant! For lengthier wordsmithing, (any of) Douglas Brinkley's books are highly recommended.

Especially his recent work on Walter Cronkite, and my personal favorite, "Rightful Heritage: Franklin D. Roosevelt and the Land of America." Great reads, all.

And no, I am in no way related to, or acquainted with Douglas Brinkley, other than hearing him give a lecture a couple of years back.

9. Thanks. On my reading list now.

Who noted that while campaigning in Appalachia, with RFK I think, said that every house had two pictures on the wall; Jesus and FDR and that FDRs was always a little higher?
