All the pundits talk around it but I am going to say it.

The last Trump rank about the country being full and not having room for anymore immigrants or asylum seeks was just idiotic. Had anyone else given that rank he would have been mocked on twitter, FB, and national media. They ALL know he is an embarrassment. White supremacy won't allow them to be ashamed of another white man no matter what kind of fool he makes of himself. The pundits will all talk around it claiming a complex situation, Trumps anger, someone else's fristration.

Think what they would be saying had Herman Cain given that same rant. He would have been laughed at and mocked by the broadcasters and tweets. They just pretend that somehow it is normal to have a freaking idiot for President. No now will say, "What a fool we have for President. This guy is a shameful, embarrassing, racist, idiot. (whom we likely voted for).

He is a functional illiterate approaching insanity.

...or play them for entertainment value, is the biggest thing working in Trump's favor right now. We need to stop regarding him as the Standup-Comic-in-Chief (who also happens to hold the most powerful position in the world), and start taking his pronouncements dead seriously...because "dead" is what this country will be if we keep minimizing them.

Also, he manipulates the media openly and behind the scenes to get them to treat him more favorably.

4. I do think (and hope) that Morning Joe is tired of just the same old "look what the idiot said

yesterday stuff" and are having some more serious discussions. I like the presidential historians like Jon Meechan who give some historical context but that is getting a bit old, too.

I'd like to hear more about "what do we do going forward now that we know there is something seriously wrong with Trump psychologically and his ability to even be in the presidency."

outlets often hold sway with the president somewhat, sometimes, because the presidency can have influence over them ... licensing and all of that.

Truly, it is going to take the election to get him gone (if the double cheese, tubs-o-chicken don't do it first).
