NY Attorney General Filed Lawsuit Against Treasury and IRS

We've filed a lawsuit against the Trump Treasury Department & IRS for failing to respond to records requests as required by law.

The agency eliminated donor disclosure requirements for tax-exempt groups & refuses to comply w/the law to explain the rationale for these changes.

Now, let's see what a judge rules about it. Whatever the outcome, it will certainly be appealed.

Something needs to be done.

Trump may think he's special, but he is not. It's time to show him how just unspecial he is.

I'm sick of this wannabe dictator and I'm equally sick of the sycophants that aid and abet him.

The lawsuit involves an FOIA request for information about a change in reporting requirements for non-501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations (under which such organization no longer need disclose major donors int heir annual filings). The Trump Foundation is a 501(c)(3) and so would not have been affected by this change.

It's all a PUtin/drumopf ploy to continue to steal democracy from America and turn us into a true fascist state. They are subverting all our laws as fast as they can for their own profit and advancement.

where Chris Christie is explaining to Trump that it's the law that he must have a Transition Team, and Trump screams back (because he hates it's costing him money) "I don't care about the fucking law !"

And he really doesn't care about breaking the law.

Mon May 6, 2019, 03:45 PM
May 2019

It didn't cost Chump a dime because Christie went out and got donations on his own for the Transition team management. According to Christie, the group put together a pretty good plan. Nobody thought Chump would win so they all ignored everything he did. Almost immediately after the election, Bannon and Kushner fired Christie and threw out all the planning work he spent 6 months on. It explains a lot, don't you think?

I can think of no other reason for him fighting furiously and breaking precedent and the law to not release them other than also hm not being as rich as he lets on.

The guy is crooked, evil, crass, and not that bright.

Yet millions voted for that package.....and that is most alarming.
