Not bloody likely. He'll probably be dead by then. For a guy who doesn't drink or do drugs, he puts his body through a hell of a lot of abuse.

his loss in 1888 was thanks to losing NY and IN with IN being thanks to fraud.

Hard to imagine Donald fraud pulling this off, if only due to age.

During an impeachment trial, the Senate can "disqualify" an officeholder from holding any public office again, but that is a separate vote from their "removal". the Senate has the power to vote separately on removal (by supermajority) and/or disqualification (by simple majority), but the one does not imply the other.

Article 1, Section 3, Clause 7 of the Constitution:

Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.

The Senate may subsequently vote on whether the impeached official shall be disqualified from again holding an office of public trust under the United States. If this option is pursued, a simple majority vote is required. https://www.senate.gov/reference/resources/pdf/98-806.pdf

In actuality a president can serve for a total of 10 years. For ex, JFK was assasinated just shy of 3 years into his first term. LBJ could have served out the balance of JFK's term and still run for re-election twice. He would have served a bit more than 9 years as president. OTOH, Gerald Ford could have run only once for re-election after Nixon because Nixon resigned less than 2 years into his 2nd term. Ford could have served only 7 total years as president.

The more interesting question is if an ex-president can run as a VP candidate given the possibility the president would die, resign or otherwise leave office.
