Donald Trump is a criminal.

No amount of bullshit, no amount of lies, no amount of excuses, can change that simple fact.

No amount of blaming others can make it go away.

His lies about "deep state", about "fake news", about people "out to get him", do not change the basic facts.

His "walls" and his "deals" are nothing more than distractions from his criminality and his incompetence.

He is full of bullshit and he is very good at spreading it around.

Some people buy it. Some people don't.

It is what it is.

SDNY at least had the balls to call out Individual One, different Justice Department or different sense of justice?

30. Yep, Mueller wimped out and let trump, his kids, and campaign officials off the hook.

Maybe they'll get him on something besides Russian interference, but Mueller really had to stretch to let trump off the most serious allegations -- cooperating/conspiring with Russians.

13. The entire Republican Party is a criminal enterprise.

Each Republican president dating from Nixon has numerous of their administration sent to prison. I can only hope that Trump is pursued by the courts and will be the first of these scum that all deserved prison terms. The Republican Party is in many ways worse than the Mafia. You knew what you were dealing with. In the case of the Republicans they are underhanded liars and cut throats who would throw their own grandmother under the bus.

18. Hard to decide which complicit Congressional Republicans

are more evil: those who stand by remaining silent while our Democracy, Constitution and the Rule of Law are being burned down in front of our eyes, or those who actively aid and abet. Both are long lists in both Houses.

3. He is a con man, very fragile, very much afraid right now.

When he accuses people of wrongdoing or of failings, he is projecting his own faults onto others.

He lies so much that when he says something the truth will be the opposite of what he says.

I am just an internet doctor but Trump has serious mental and or physical problems. He may not have avoided those STD's like he claims. His syphilis may be out of control.

with psychiatric symptoms similar to Trump's

We already know he doesn't debate like normal people

6. The October NYT article proved Trump is a tax felon

The family stole hundreds of millions. Donald was involved. Time for jail has expired but tax agencies can recover the stolen money. NYT won the Pulitzer Prize for the story. Leona Helmsley was jailed for stealing a million.

16. Martha Stewart went to prison for making false statements to federal investigators,

conspiracy and obstruction on a relatively insignificant matter. If Trump skates on his crimes, because the powers that be decide "it's time to move on, for the good of the country" after he leaves office, I think my head will explode.

39. On the other hand, jailing leaders can cause civil war

Manafort’s previous Russian stooge, in Ukraine, accused the Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko of crimes. He said she should be jailed. He won, she went to jail. Then her supporters took up weapons, and the country fractured into east and west. Jailing her killed democracy in Ukraine. Will jailing Trump risk more harm that it’s worth? Will Trump supporters bomb “deep state” government buildings?

11. Trump has clearly demonstrated there is no rule of law in this country

The concept that no one is above the law has been proven a myth. That whole checks and balances thing we were all taught back in school is crappola. It's delusional to still believe in the constitution and the three branches of separate but equal government. The Trump experience has been a tipping point, the blinders have been removed.

This morning, I decided to stop following anyone on Twitter other than my favorite sports teams. I can’t take anymore of this bullshit.

Even if those retweeting his tweets are criticizing him, it still repeats his outrageous lies and gives them a bigger audience. He needs to be ignored. He’d shrivel up with rage if he was ignored.

21. I live about 50 miles north of New York City

I'm well aware of the way Trump conducts his business.
He is essentially the head of a crime family.
Not quite of the brutal nature of Mafia, but deeply immersed in shady and often downright illegal dealings, usually in the real estate market.
He's been at this for decades and should have been taken down long ago.
Unfortunately, there are lots of people like him who fly beneath the radar for their whole lives; making sure they have the right friends in the right places to insure they never get called on their crimes.
Trump made the mistake of believing his own hype and going public in a big way. And now his financial dealings are also about to become public.
This is what will bring him and his criminal enterprises down in the long run.

It would be unsurprising if it turns out so. We also really don't know how far he will go. Knowing what we do know about him, it wouldn't and shouldn't be surprising.

25. "Donald Trump is a criminal". Every elected and/or campaigning Democrat should utter these words

publicly at least daily until he is gone from the political arena entirely. Never let up. Just like they never let up on Hillary Clinton -- or her husband for that matter.

If we want to make it stick, we need to beat the drum repeatedly -- "Donald Trump is a criminal".

because when you visit Breitbart, Trumpers are in full battle gear, you can't convince them that Trump has ever told a lie.

When is this right wing distortion going to end? These people are demented.

I only post occasionally now. Been off for about 8 months. But I do feel ok making a comment here and there. See many of the same folks still resisting as hard as ever.
