Who would have standing to refer to the international court of human rights ?

I know the Trump administration will not do anything if their justice department headed by Barr gets lawsuits regarding the treatment of migrants at the border.
I am wondering if some entity would have standing to sue them in an international court of human rights ?

Having international arrest warrants issued for the people that are actively enabling these horrors ( head of cbp, local border patrol chiefs of these centers, etc.. ) may be effective.

1. There is no International Court of Human Rights.

If you are thinking of the International Criminal Court the U.S. has never agreed to join it and it has no jurisdiction in the U.S.

2. Yes i was thinking about the icc

Go figure, we of course are not signatories... I dont suppose there is any entity that could issue arrest warrants based on human right violations in the us ? Besides our own court system ? We are not signatories of anything that would compel us to respect human rights ?

3. The World Court in the Hague

While the US might ignore an indictment
the rest of the world would have to treat someone like a war criminal
Including arrest outside of the US borders.

6. It has to be a member body.

1) The subject matter they consider is not the subject matter of the OP and 2) it has to be a legal authority of a member body that initiates action. Not just "anyone" can do it. That is why there is a continuing myth that Bush, etc can't travel beyond the borders. That is false and they can and have. No member body of the ICC has ever filed a complaint against Bush, etc.

8. It says

The Court in the Hague can take prosecution referrals from the Untied Nations.
Why should a criminal feel safe because of borders?

9. I was in Spain for two weeks last month, they thought we took care of it. Some folk from the UK ...

... were talking about it but for the most part it was back paged news because it was taken care of.

I would LOVE to see what it's like now
