1. Probably not. Endless rounds of appeals and clogged court calendars means it could take forever.

11. Impeachment INQUIRY is gathering evidence,

'impeachment' itself is a process-a TRIAL.

Sadly this confuses many, and more sadly Mrs. Pelosi doesn't explain her meaning when she says things like 'not ready,' while what she should do is institute an inquiry.

There are matters in court (McGahn for example.)

4. They have been.

They are in court now to force mcgahn who explicitly defied the subponea. As a matter of fact, the judge will rule Friday on that.

14. Nothing but Supreme Court matters

Neither side will accept a ruling until the Supreme Court decides. We’ll all watch and react but it doesn’t really matter except as a hint of whether the lower court is already compromised.

10. They have to go to the courts

to obtain the evidence that the admin is blocking by ignoring the subpoenas and the witnesses to testify, Nader said this a few days ago. They should send it to the courts while they are on Aug Recess and won't be doing anything anyway. Saves time.

21. They can't just "send it to court"

They have to follow a process and they're doing that.

I knoq it seems slow and is frustrating but there are rules they must follow of they want to achieve the outcome they're seeking. If they don't, they'll just get thrown out of court and have to start over again, which will take even longer.

17. They already out that on process on several fronts and levels

They can't just go to court to compel testimony. There are several steps they have to take before a court will entertain a request to compel testimony and the House is well into that process - having both checked several procedural boxes and passed legislation that will help expedite the court proceedings when it gets to that.

23. During the house press conference they said they already have and have won once which trump appealed

They are concentrating on McGann and grand jury testimony.

Nadler said if they win on mcgann it means they will have precedence for all and they expect to win.

These two cases are having hearings later this week.
