setting goals, identifying tactics, organization and simple anguish that union members go through in the months, weeks, days and even hours leading up to the call to go out.
It's extremely unlikely to happen not because the American public is apathetic, necessarily, but because they've been actively taught that their power lies in the individual, not the group. It's a difficult lesson to unlearn.
