He's an American lawyer. A Yale law alum. My company has two lawyers on its board precisely because they are attorneys. Sure, I can see a company wanting him for the surname, but it's not like he was a high school drop out.

His lack of qualifications seemed to come from Trump side. No one else has said he wasn't qualified.

He sure seems to be putting on a goofy folksy act. That said, his testimony is devastating. He knows what he's doing.

I went to college with a couple folks from very rich families and senior government officials. Even the ones I really liked and called friends had a level of entitlement that was just crazy. I used to tease one and call him Your Eminence. He would get embarrassed, apologize, and try to be better, but he would inevitably do it again.
