Those, by a law of attraction, can settle close to the Source and bask in its radiance. But they can also be tiny and anemic. Those can only float in the void. The only way for them to experience the Source's radiant energy is if another soul, on its way out to a physical reality, transfuses some of its energy to the runty soul. They are pitiful...but there is hope, although it will probably be a long time in the making.
