I'm feeling hopeless 😩

The Barr situation.

Trump telling his minions to vote for weakest candidate.

The Dems being divided.

The Russian Bernie Bots in full swing.

Suckerberg allowing fake content on FB.

The Dump attacking his enemies and using the DOJ to do it!

I am feeling so sad this morning! Our country is ruined.

give it a break. The news will still be there when you get back. You can't control the news, don't let the news control you.Do something inspiring. Do something fun. Do something to make yourself feel better.
I've been getting a lot of inspiration from this lately: The Four Agreements

It is a dark time right now and easy to give into fear of the future. We simply CAN NOT.

feeling really, really angry.

Take a break. Do something that will get your mind off of all of this.

Then, come back, ready to fight for our nation.

But, I feel sad nearly all the time too.

It seems both inevitable and impossible that he will be gone and the cognitive dissonance is hard.

Fuel to their fire, pay attention to our Dems, elected, candidates , volunteers. So many good people working very hard to do all they can, and I strongly believe some of it will work to take down this evil orange cabal.
And do anything you can to be part of the efforts, it really is a very positive feeling. It's also fine to step back, shut off news sources, and go for a walk, pet your dog or cat, talk to a friend

I am a fighter. I will continue to fight. I bring 10 people to the polls at every election. That’s not gonna stop. I also deliver ballots. That isn’t gonna stop. I also call everyone I know whose kid turned 18 and send them links to have them register to vote. That isn’t gonna stop.

But the sadness at what is happening to our country, that WILL eventually stop! Once we WIN!

You honestly think that this shitstain can destroy this country? He's not that powerful. He can drag it through the mud and toss it off a cliff, but he can't ruin it.

We're bigger than that.

If you want to give up, that's your choice. I've seen too much heartache and failure in life to think it's permanent. We'll have a lot of clean up to do, but we've been there before and we will be there again.

comeback determined to fight this all the way. There have been a number of heros that have stood up to Trump and life for them is hell. They need the support of the country to know they did the right thing and not to give up on the country and them. Trump wants people worn down, do not give him that, stand up do everything you can to help the resistance and the election. Show those who have had this monster ruin their lives that it is not in vain and we are behind them.

Get involved in a campaign. Fight the good fight. You'll feel yourself inspired and energized in a group of fellow activists and campaign workers.
