Driving the news: By the time President Trump instructed his 29-year-old former body man and new head of presidential personnel to rid his government of anti-Trump officials, he'd gathered reams of material to support his suspicions.
While Trump's distrust has only intensified since his impeachment and acquittal, he has long been on the hunt for "bad people" inside the White House and U.S. government, and fresh "pro-Trump" options. Outside advisers have been happy to oblige.

(11,882 posts)Using hit lists to purge out anyone who isn't corrupt enough to serve him over country, and help putin . Corruption , money crimes will get exposed has got trump so rattled he's getting more desperate to replace people with corrupt ones to protect himself with.

Yeah, maybe I agree that Bernie wants a litmus test that says he wants to level the playing field that gives workers a fighting chance.

(4,317 posts)the litmus/loyalty-to-ideals test is implemented. That's another jump toward totalitarianism. Don't we already have enough of this at present? FDR helped the working class without such a test. We need to move toward democracy, not away from it.

(6,828 posts)Stalin had to airbrush purged people out of official pictures. That takes talent and sometimes it was still easy to telll photos were ddoctored. trump has photoshop, which takes somewhat less skill and is certainly harder to tell pics were modified.
