Now's just as good a time as any for us to show the world that we're not all fu#$-ups like our President, that we can show some common sense brains when we face a crisis. It would be nice if we could put our best foot forward instead of broadcasting to the world that we're shameful imbeciles.

I'm somewhere between laughing and crying that we had to have a public service entity post such a detailed narrative about how to survive a "simple" daily (one would hope) function.
Perhaps there was more to IQ45's concerns about 12 flushes than we realized!
