instead of Joe, I think that idea originated in Russia.

But yes, Cuomo is an adult, an educated, mature adult. In our government now we have only a few of those.

Good thing for New Yorkers he is governor, and not Trump. Imagine if Trump was their governor - none of this would be happening now. He would be slapping himself on the back giving himself a "10" for doing nothing while New Yorkers prepared to die in massive, unimaginable numbers.
