A Democratic state representative from Akron said she wants to see President Donald Trump prosecuted for “crimes against humanity” over his unproven claims that an antimalarial drug can be used to treat the novel coronavirus.

“I can’t take it anymore. I’ve been to The Hague. I’m making a referral for crimes against humanity tomorrow,” Ohio state Rep. Tavia Galonski tweeted Sunday night. “Today’s press conference was the last straw. I know the need for a prosecution referral when I see one.”

Galonski — who was appointed to represent Ohio’s 35th District that includes parts of Akron and Barberton in 2017 and elected in 2018 — called on lawyers who “ever did any work on the international level” to contact her and shared her personal email address.

But it won't happen.

I'd always wondered how Hitler was allowed to get away with what he did. Now I know, sadly.

I hope Biden knows if he pulls the "we are going to look forward" bullshit & pardons dump & his coconspirators, the Dem party will die. I hear a lot of people expecting pardons because, well "they are too rich," or "our country would look like a banana republic," and those arguments would be ridiculous and highly offensive to voters.

And, I've read that, conveniently, the ICC has no jurisdiction in the States. I think dump may have pulled the country out of that organization.

New Dem admin absolutely must reverse every single action this pos has taken to destroy our country and fully recover every dollar they have grifted, then prosecute ALL involved to the fullest extent and either lock them up for life or execute them for treason.

Harsh? Death is harsh. And final. Ask the families of those whom dump has willfully murdered for greed and to further Putin's agenda. 🤬

Clinton signed the Rome Agreement which established the ICC, but it was never submitted to the Senate for ratification.
"W" withdrew our signing of the Rome Agreement.
Obama took a position that we would support the ICC, but never submitted the agreement to the Senate for ratification.

Has funneled any money to trump (campaign contributions) to promote their drug, and behind his daily promotion on his daily rally he airs publicly now. If so, that's really , really corrupt and a crime.

Cohen, get a very large cash payment for "access to tRump" by this particular drug company? tRump is making more money from being president, than he ever has otherwise. No wonder he is fighting to keep the "job". Emoluments clause? That is for suckers, does not apply to king Donald, just ask any member of the gop.
