It is delusional to think there will be a convention in August in Wisconsin.

It's not going to happen. There will not be a vaccine by August, just not going to happen. It is believed one in 10 are asymptomatic with Covid-19. Look at New York, California, Florida. Do you honestly believe that many people are going to gather in one place?

I hope someone is working on a plan right now to have some type of virtual convention.

As for reopening our economy May 1st? In Trumps dreams!

I have never been through a pandemic but from what I can tell, we are nowhere even close to returning to normal.

Anyone out there smarter than me, please tell me I am wrong.

Being in a convention is worse that a sport event in that you are there for many hours in close contact. In addition, Texas and California delegations will be at hotels near O'Hare airport which means a two hour bus trip each way.

I was not planning on attending this years convention before COVID 19 Now I am definitely going to stay away
