It is ridiculous to purposely put people in a dangerous situation to vote. I will have no confidence in the results come November if they don't find some way to make it safer to vote. Imagine how many people are at risk. This is ridiculous.

every registered voter. He gave them the option of signing up to vote by mail. I went to the site, signed up and a week later I got a vote by mail ballot for a local special election. I will continue to get vote by mail ballots until I request they stop being sent, who knows when that will be in the current environment.

for each absentee ballot we request for each election (meaning we have to do it separately for primaries and the general). I don't have two witnesses either, which means I might as well plan on getting a hazmat suit between now and November or go deal the best I can with just my mask and gloves. I honestly don't think Covid will be gone by then. This this is with us and still spreading.

BUT, I plan to tear up the vote by mail ballot for the presidential General, put on a mask, safety glasses and gloves and go in to early vote. I can't risk some republican asshole challenging my signature in such an important election, I am going to vote in person knowing that I risk my safety, that is how important this presidential race.

The November vote is the most important vote that I will cast in my full lifetime, I am totally sure of that, even though my life isn't over.
