Susan Collins is concerned again.
Some Republicans Object to Trump's Firing of State Department Watchdog
WASHINGTON—Some Republican lawmakers are raising objections to President Trump’s decision to fire State Department Inspector General Steve Linick, arguing that he didn’t give Congress a sufficient justification for the removal. The lawmakers pointed to a 2008 law that requires a president to detail the reasons for removing an inspector general. “The President has not provided the kind of justification for the removal of IG Linick required by this law,” Sen. Susan Collins (R., Maine) wrote on Twitter Saturday night. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa) agreed. “As I’ve said before, Congress requires written reasons justifying an IG’s removal. A general lack of confidence simply is not sufficient detail to satisfy Congress,” he wrote in a statement. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/some-republicans-object-to-trumps-firing-of-state-department-watchdog/ar-BB14dbT3?li=BBnb7Kz

1. And so? Susan and Chuck?
What are you going to do about it? Are you concerned? Deeply Concerned?
And then go fuck off. |

3. "As I've said before..."
Yes Senator Grassley, that does seem to be a problem doesn't it?
Perhaps if you would actually DO something about it you won't have to use the same nomenclature in your future tepid statements about Trumps lawlessness. |
