Disney Issues Blunt Disclaimer Days Before Small Portion of Orlando Resort Reopens

Days before a small portion of the Walt Disney World Resort reopens after months of being shuttered due to the novel coronavirus, the company posted a blunt disclaimer to would-be guests.

Disney Springs shopping and dining complex will once again welcome guests beginning Wednesday. And while Disney has made it clear that "enhanced health and safety measures" will be the utmost importance — guests still assume all the risk.

"An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death," reads a disclaimer on the Disney World website.

It concludes: "By visiting Walt Disney World Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19."

is a facade around a Nazi death camp.

It appears that has become reality.

I conclude therefore that this is all an hallucination.

Now how do we come down from whatever this drug is ?

Described the risk, including that the inherent close contact increased risked, waived the right to sue for all but gross negligence - AND - since she is an independent contractor in a share facility - required the customer to indemnify my niece in the event one of those other providers or customers sued my niece for allowing an infected customer to have her hair done.

Don't want to waive rights and indemnify my niece - go elsewhere to get your hair done. That waiver is now part of the price of getting your hair done.

Lots of neat rides there: The Ventilator Patient-Mover, ICU-UCMe Mirror, The Body Bag Merry-Go-Round, and my favorite, The Hall of Horrible Presidents, with only Trump's mannequin there repeating, "It's Obama's fault."

Of course, the body of Mickey Mouse laying in the middle of Main Street USA is kind of a bummer, but you've got to expect some losses in an operation this size.

Silly spoiled brat reasons, they SHOULD be responsible. (Pretty sure thats where my SIL got it back in march).

They know the risks are, they still bought their tickets, I say let them crash.

It’s for the people that just don’t get it. You can argue that Disney doesn’t get it by reopening, but if the government tells the story they can, you can’t blame them.
