That adds an extra twist, if true. If true, the cop knew what he was doing and intended to seriously hurt Mr. Floyd.

It is sad that three people who could just stand and see a suffering man begging to his mother would be allowed to wear a badge that obligates them to protect people's lives and wellbeing.

I know they are enjoying themselves since they have started attacking the press and anyone who is anti-fascist has now been labeled a terrorist in America. Once they get rid of cameras, they can do whatever they want. With Trump making it official that anyone in America who is against fascism is a terrorist, we have no rights and they can all do as they please to us and torture us even.

Whether they knew it or not, I have even more disdain for our government and cops today than I did in the other 49+ years of my life. It doubled or even tripled after seeing that garbage from Trump.

Basically, if you have a family member who fought against the Nazis, they would be labeled a terrorist in the USA now. Think about that for a minute and let that sink it. The fascists have taken over the US. The rest of us are "terrorists" simply for being against racism and the lynching of black people in the streets here.

It needs people that have both professionalism and ethics. The killer cop had 19 complaints logged against him before he killed Mr. Floyd, all of those 19 complainers couldn't have been lying.

I'll see if he has answered.

So.....let's speculate: the cop becomes a celebrity in a certain community. He gets paid off somehow, some time, somewhere. Barr doesn't allow him to be prosecuted or punished to the full extent of the law.

Stranger things have happened.

The guy's wife has already filed for divorce to protect their assets from seizure.

Chauvin's charges aren't federal, so neither of them can do a thing other than blow hot air. They have zero ability to stop the charges filed by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office.

About the only thing they could do to shield him would be to prevent DOJ from investigating and charging him with federal civil rights violations, unless I'm mistaken.

Because I'm sure that would be the plan -- a civil rights violation would be the way to get greater charge, according to what I have heard experts say.

It would be good to have a course for potential officers laying out the costs of doing this SH**. I don't mean just prison. I mean the lost money their family will face when sued by the family of the victim, the lost funds in terms of pay raises and equipment replacement to the city when the city is, the lost business when people avoid the city because of the cities reputation. Do the same at the next contract negotiations. You want a 5% raise heck no we want 5% back to help defer the costs associated with the actions of officer xyz

I know I know I am delusional!

It shows them punching George while he was cuffed in the back of the cruiser. (Protocol would have been to just shut the door, not beat on him while he's in custody already.)

Question.

How did he get from the back of the cruiser, cuffed and in custody, to lying on the pavement next to it?

into conspiracy thinking mode, but the narrative has changed from COVID to violence and killing of unarmed black men. It was a matter of time for the rage of people to spill into the streets. History repeating itself. I like the idea of the protestors at the WH. He fucking deserves it.
