Possibly the Attorneys General in Maryland and Virginia have some say about the DC police firing on the peaceful protest? Do they have the ability to bring charges against any White House security personnel such as Secret Service etc.? It seems at least some of this activity could be happening within Virginia or Maryland jurisdiction?
