I wish Hillary hadn't been kneecapped... and without Russian interference... she would have won.

What a different world it would be today. Hell... going back even further, if the USSC had ruled in Al Gore's favor, we'd also still have the World Trade Center twin towers.

The GOP is evil. There are others who are also evil, but Trump is the most evil (as are the league of demons who support him.)

Heaven help us all.

The kneecapping of Hillary was largely done between 1991 and 1999, before Gore's run. By the time she ran for POTUS, the backstory alone was a difficult hill to surmount.

...and the swiftboating of John Kerry.

And even when Barack Obama was elected and then reelected, he was subjected to eight years of lynching images, insults, birtherism, and outright obstruction.

And though Hillary Clinton's popular vote total was the third highest in history (after Barack Obama's totals for 2008 and 2012), there were also three third party candidates running and then the skewed media coverage, with "but her emails" only one segment of it.

In any event, we know the GOP in its current form will do almost anything (and perhaps in fact anything) to get and keep power. We have to be ready for an intense fight.
