So, is this worse than the Watergate scandal that Nixon resigned over? What do you think?
Russians paying people to kill American troops?.
.President Trump knew & did NOTHING? Actually supported Russian leader Putin..(Putin has something on Trump???) Worse than covering up Watergate? Or not worse than covering up Watergate...? (my opinion)... YES, I THINK THIS IS MUCH WORSE THAN WATERGATE...

Why don’t some of them who were just re-elected in 2018 grow a spine? They won’t have an election again till 2024, when Trump and all of this will be ancient history. Why do they give a shit what Trump will say about them? They could become national heroes.

10. Rhetorical question, right? Yes, trump is more evil than Nixon, Benedict Arnold, satan, whichever
bogeyman scares us the most.
trump is evil incarnate. I thought cheney was really bad. trump is far worse. I'm not sure that cheney was trying to sell out the US as trump is. trump is particularly evil because he is easily manipulated. Even by dumbshits on fox. He doesn't know when he's being played by putin, xi, dung-ill (nork), grifters and sycophants. because he is such a f'in genius - in his pea-brain only. ivanka and other family members are probably a tad bit smarter and are trying to milk as much as they can out of 'daddy' and the US before they need to flee. At least during the watergate era, there were some (r)epuglicons who still cared about this country. Now it's obvious NONE OF THE REPUGLICONS CARE. Do they think that putin is really going to take good care of them when they need to get out? Sad sacks. |

16. Well, lets examine this...
Nixon;
Third rate burglary for information that all Nixon had to do was call up the Democratic leadership and ask them what they were going to do to him that day and week and would be happy to oblige. Faces impeachment, not because of the burglary, but because of the cover up. Had he just came out and leveled when he got connected to it, that he had a political intelligence gathering group, but had no idea they were going that far. Oh and, not piss off the most of his own party. He probably could have finished his term. Trump; Informed that Russian intelligence agents were offering bounties to the Taliban to send US Troops back home to their parents, wives, children in boxes. And then does nothing about it....not even a phone call to Putin telling him if he goes through with this he will address it publicly, bring it up at the UN, slap sanctions, close consulates, expel diplomats, etc. Yeap, way fucking worse. |

Have we forgotten about the Russian's rigging of the 2016 election? That's still being covered up.

48. Far Worse than Watergate
This is far worse than Watergate.
Watergate was an unusually brazen political dirty trick that crossed the line into criminality. Politics are often dirty in ways that bend the law. That’s not an excuse, btw. Merely a point of reference. This (“Bountygate?”) is flat-out dereliction of duty with flagrant disregard for American lives. It veers very close to treason, and may even cross the line. If I was going to draw a comparison to Watergate in terms of moral severity, the Ukraine scandal would probably be a closer match, although I’d consider the Ukraine scandal somewhat worse than Watergate because it implicated a foreign government, also an American ally, and criminally drew it into the orbit of domestic politics. |
