I think this timeline is correct:

February 2019: our intelligence community alerts trump in a daily briefing that Putin had put a bounty on the heads of American soldiers in Afghanistan.

March 2019: Just in case trump hadn't gotten the message or didn't understand the gravity of the bounties on American soldiers, John Bolton discussed the situation with that orange traitor in the White House.

April 2019: Three American soldiers are killed when they are ambushed by the Taliban.

And no one seems to have objected from there in the administration.

And while no one was doing anything to protect the soldiers, Trump was inviting Russia back to the G7, and when the others objected, he cancelled the meeting. And then he lovingly gave Putin the gift of removing our troops from Germany, something Putin wants very much, and we should think about WHY he wants that so much.

he invites the Taliban to Camp David. After he is told that Putin has the Taliban rebels killing our soldiers, he believes that inviting them to Camp David would be nice!

this is the worst.

the right wing would be absolutely shitting themselves if this were happening under Obama. Freaking apoplectic.

And I could go on all night long with my "imagine Obama had done it" list.

shaking down Ukraine over getting dirt on Mitt Romney, blurting out sensitive intelligence to Russian diplomats in the middle of the Oval Office.

imagine Obama doing any of that.
