If there was such a "silver lining" in these rulings for Trump, he'd be Tweeting about them. Rather, he's ballistically enraged. He knows the score.

How long until a trial?
Can this affect a re-Impeach action as an additional charge to Ukraine misconduct or as a stand alone article?
Can CV-19 incompetence be another article?
How about failure to act on Russian "pay for slay' charges?

cases coming up from Trump/McConnell's federal appointees. He can build legal consulting teams that can argue circles around what Trump federal judges allow to reach appellate courts. Just my opinion, since I'm no lawyer.

Just so long as he goes after ALL the corruption. He could create a bunch of new jobs, and bring back some great attorneys to the Justice Dept.

He has to go after Mitch McConnell, for sure.

If he's not 100% in getting all corruption, that doesn't mean he falls short as a good AG.

I'm just urging trust and realistic expectations, is all. We have to get an AG who doesn't just know the job, but is a real bulldog in prioritized case building. With enough representative court cases, there should be a brake on GOP shenanigans, since authoritarians only respond to penalties from courts.

he's 50 now and will be 51 in early 2021.

I'm pretty sure Biden will pick a woman to replace RBG, but Breyer may retire as well.

I share this optimism because NY has loooooooooong been ready, on multiple official levels, to take on this particular MF45 grifting parade, and I see dark downpour clouds over that parade, even a monsoon maybe.
