Need a little prosecutor help here: Could Barr announce bogus prosecutions of Biden before Nov. 3 ?

Before you start typing, I'm not trying to do any nefarious thing here. I gave the legal limit to Biden
a few days ago (no way to prove this without giving out my personal info) and I've been a loyal Democrat since 1976.

Question: Could Barr make up some crap and file prosecutions against Biden, his family, his campaign and his friends before the election ? An October surprise. Is this just too farfetched ?

I do not know how federal prosecutions and DOJ work, hence the innocent and ignorant question.
Thank you for our patience.

His base is even starting to smell defeat.

From here on every diversion he tries will backfire.

I doubt many will fall for the coming diversions again.
Everything they do is a lie.

deaths of teachers/nurses/grandparents to pay any attention.

I think Trump will (attempt to) launch a nuke at Iran 1) because he really wants to use the red button and 2) because Russian oil prices are in the tank and it is the fastest way Trump can serve Putin and 3) because he will then try to declare martial law and stop the election. Only it will not happen, because we do not live in Trump Land, we live in reality.

The only question is where is his limit on obvious illegitimacy. We know it is way over the line, but exactly how far over the line is unknown because he hasn't hit it so far.

11. So last night Barr moved Donoghue into DOJ from EDNY

This guy — Donoghue — (whether he knows it or not) is on Putin’s team for 2020 election meddling, and Putin’s guy in Ukraine has been feeding Donoghue disinformation for some time now. Donoghue’s role in this year’s election meddling is to attack Biden from that angle.

They (trump, Barr, Putin) undoubtedly have other angles too.

So... at the very least, expect some noise and fake nooz about Ukraine.

The latter is significant. Consider how many Trump people were indicted. NO Obama people from his campaigns or his administration were ever indicted.

I think an indictment needs to be approved by a grand jury. Neither DC or NYC, places that might have jurisdiction , seem likely for getting a jury to go after the Obama administration.

The impact will be very limited. Plus people are more concerned about COVID. Not sure that shiny object will be as distracting
