... too, but maybe it will take good examples from the USA to open up some eyes?
Tokyo was recently alarmed about their "spike" of 200+ new cases mostly attributed to their young people going to nightclubs. That's like a drop in the bucket compared to most of this country, and obviously Tokyo is jam-packed with people.
