Apparently, he took a couple seconds off from golfing to tweet these 2 pathetic sentences

?"I send our prayers to he"?

Saddened to hear the news of civil rights hero John Lewis passing. Melania and I send our prayers to he and his family.

But you’re right. It should be objective case.

Ex:
I gave him my shoes. (indirect object)
I gave my shoes to him. (object of a preposition)

About the same as having a winning lotto ticket while discovering the ark of the covenant as an asteroid flies overhead with a banner that reads: “Eat at Joe’s”

Another giveaway is the phrase "Melania and I." That phrase ONLY appears in innocuous tweets to express condolences or wishes, like this one, and those tweets never have his quirky capitalization. Plus Trump would never put anyone else before himself.
