So what is government but a system of laws

You dismantle the laws, you have no government, just structure on paper. If laws are so confused and unenforced by Election Day, Barr's DOJ could do what it wants with the election - stop counts, sequester ballots, invalidate counts - and who/what will push back? The election could be tied up in court for months, with executive orders pushing this way and that.

Does this sound like a rolling coup, already underway? Will we have a Federal system of laws by the end of the year?

What do DUers think?
