rather than see it go to Rafael Cruz. Republican domination has run Texas into ground and it sucks. I can retire early next year and I’ll never come back to this shithole.

It was the National Guard that shot people in Kent State. The effect was quite profound for us who lived then. Today it’s basically just one of the references to the 60s.

Of course being an old hippie makes me begin to think of the police today as pigs again. And I’m late to the realization because I’m white. Knowing the blm facts has changed my fundamental understanding of the true condition of our society. If anyone is suffering from this brutal inequality then we are not what we’re claiming we are. It’s up to all of us, every one of us, to change things.

Perhaps not a bad move, at least it’s a disciplined force which has sworn an oath to the Constitution. If anything, I think it may make voters feel safer.
