'It was a betrayal': Two grand jurors in Breonna Taylor case speak out against Cameron

The "few" bad apples are in reality, an orchard.

Two grand jurors in the Breonna Taylor case who have pushed for an opportunity to speak out got their chance Wednesday morning in an interview that aired on "CBS This Morning."

The two grand jurors remain anonymous — their faces were blurred in the video that was shown on the CBS news program. But their message was clear.

"They didn't give us the charges up front," one said. "They gave us all of that testimony, over 20-something hours, and then just say that these are the only charges that they're coming up with. It's like, 'what did we just sit through?' And that then to be told that we're not charging them with anything else — to me, it was a betrayal."

Here's a quick look at what the two grand jurors said on "CBS This Morning."

There was "an uproar in that room" when grand jurors learned only wanton endangerment charges would be presented, one said. The grand jury was told other possible charges were considered but that nothing else would stick.

"Normally the grand jurors are presented with the law and the charges, so that they can listen to the facts with an open mind and apply those facts to the law, almost as a roadmap," said attorney Kevin Glogower, who is representing the two grand jurors and was present at the interview. "What happened here was it was done in the complete reverse. ... From a legal perspective, it looked like they weren't following the grand jurors and they only wanted the grand jurors to follow them, which is contrary to the actual rule."

1. Recall the AG.

Also: IMO residents of KY should ck the State Bar Rules of Professional conduct. Most states have verbiage about misrepresentations to a tribunal. Failure to disclose all possible charges IMO is a misrepresentation by omission.

The District Attorney role so political considerations are now at the forefront rather than justice. Another thing Biden will have to fix.

The AG is a protege of McConnell, and was seen as the heir-apparent to his Senate seat.

there was no evidence that Breonna Taylor's death was the result of criminal intent, negligence, recklessness, premeditation, conspiracy, or malice. That's why her family was so quick to settle out of court -- what they got was pennies on the dollar compared to what the cops could have gotten for false arrest, unlawful termination, police corruption, or prosecutorial misconduct.

that is somehow legitimate I don't see what keeps them from killing any of us anytime for any or no reason.
