We have always coddled some dictators.

Bautista in Cuba
The Shah in Iran
Pinochet in Chile
Somoza in Nicaragua
Noriega in Panama

The Saud family in Saudi Arabia

You get my drift...

Trump is especially disgusting with his footsies with Putin, but America doesn't have a GREAT history with dictators.
