sure that he would win. If fact, there were supposedly many private planes whose fat cats had come to be part of his victory celebration.

had presidents that win electoral college but lose the popular vote. At first it seemed like most would win both.

12. Outside of a margin of 4%, the person leading by 4%+ does win both.

The recent exception was President Obama in 2012. He won both, even when he was under the 4% mark leading.
