My other symptoms ceased when I went to hospital and it was literally just Covid killing my lung cells.

That's what Covid pneumonia is. Pneumonia really is an inaccurate description.

I have had pneumonia before. Covid is nothing like the pneumonia you know.

after the first ten paragraphs, which are a short history of the birth of immunology, it becomes a very informative concise primer on covid 19. Besides a truckload of important details it leaves you with a bit of an understanding of how complicated the field is and how much more research is needed by people involved in trying to come up with solutions. It becomes very clear why any " expert " outside of epidemiology should be very careful making any recommendations beyond, always wear a mask, social distance and wash your hands.
