NYT estimates 78% of the vote is reporting in Boone County, IN (Northwest of Indy).
2012: R+38
2016: R+29
2020: R+16

Still more votes to count but big drop from 2016. Donnelly lost this county by 17% in 2018.

This area is slowly turning Democratic. I’ve lived here for about 10 years and it’s more apparent with each election. GOP overreach, especially locally, is driving this, I think.
